Senior Partner

He is the Founder of the firm. He has close to 31 years standing in the profession which include a perfect blend of International and National experience.
He was a Partner of one of the oldest and reputed CA firm named M/s S.R.Mohan & Co, Chartered Accountants, wherein he was the head of the Audit division, which included statutory and internal audits of clients in diversified industries like Banking, Govt Organisations, Listed Companies, etc.
He was the Finance Head in several leading companies. Since he was the core member of the Top management, he was actively involved in every aspect of finance in such huge organisations.
He was also the head of the Projects division wherein he mastered project financing.
Overseas Experience â€“ He was the financial controller of a group company based out of Tanzania.
He is also SAP(FICO) trained professional and has also carried out assignments in USA and got exposure to the laws of USA.

Partner

He is the Co-founder of the firm. He is a Chartered accountant with an experience of around 6 years with natural inclination towards numbers and problem solving. He adds perfect balance to our firm.
He is also a qualified Company Secretary, Registered Valuer and Forensic Audit professional.
He was associated with Deloitte for close to 2 years, wherein he worked in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services vertical, during which he delivered high quality deliverables of the clients based out of USA.
He possess expertise in the field of Assurance, Accounting which includes various types of audits, primarily, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits & Tax Audits etc.
Accounting, Compliance (Under Various Laws and regulations applicable) and Payroll are the areas wherein he is continuously gaining experience and expertise. He handles these pillars of the clients business & add value to the clients.
He is GST Certified professional by ICAI
He has successfully passed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks held by ICAI
He has done his internship in a mid sized firm named M/s Jayant & Sadashiv wherein he got expertise in Auditing and taxation.
He is a young and dynamic and possess up to date knowledge in this frequently changing regulatory environment.
